Please let us know if you need a merch seller asap and we can source one for you. We always recommend using our suggested sellers as they can handle high volume and are trustworthy. Seller rates can be negotiated with your seller but typical rate is $150-$250 and all tips are to be paid to the seller unless otherwise discussed. (paid direct by artist, and they will arrive 1 hour prior to doors. $25 an hour, to arrive any earlier than 1 hour prior.)

Please note: we cannot accommodate merch shipped early due to limited storage/other shows, please do not ship any merch to arrive prior to 24 hrs before DOS. We have limited space at Roadrunner, so shipping prior is never ideal for us, however, I understand that this is a one off so we can try to make this work. Our merch area has plenty of grids, lighting, hooks, clips, and wifi.

Please note that our loading dock to receive packages is located on the back side of the building off Life Street. It’s open 8am-4pm (Mon-Fri) this is the number: +1 (617) 675-7308 Please Note: -All empty boxes MUST be flattened for staff to dispose of. No empty boxes can be left the in the loading area. -Any merch that needs to be shipped from the venue following a performance needs to be properly boxed up with shipping labels affixed before Artist departs. Failure to do so will result in a $100 staffing deduction from final artist payment. Any merch left after 30 days will be considered abandon and disposed of. Please have packing tape and labels sorted out with your seller or ask your merch rep in advance to help you with this. If you need labels printed on regular paper, we can print it out for your seller to attach. Attached is a map that shows our main merch area. Plenty of power and dedicated wifi there.
